Submitting a ticket is the right way to do it.

Staff dose come through fairly often but we are mostly a user to user forum.

Thanks Skipdawg,

I did it ... but do you think 5 days (at least 3 working days) isnot enough to reply a ticket ?

I heard about nice and quick support on services before ... and hoped to get a quick reply there

From the sounds of it everyone has heard that and seems to be causing the sales folks to be flooded with queries. Support has slowed too so I assume that is due to all the new accounts being added.

Popularity and growth will do it every time.

we can answer a lot of your pre-sale questions here too - since we're all customers we might have experience with the things you have questions about.

Thanks Guys,

Here is some of my quistions mentioned in ticket :

/
The next question is about Limitations.
What are your resource usage limitations per account ?
in the previouse hosting we have had very problem with mod_bandwidth and
some other limitations like this.
please mentions all type of limitations on a mid-range reseller account
(Bronz or Silver plans fo example).

Another Q is about your server specs,
Can you provide some general info on your servers hardware and sofwares ?!
CPU , RAM and HDD Raid type in HW and OS, Kernel version , Apache, php ,
mysql versions and Cpanle build in SW.

the next one is about your settings ! what are your disabled php
functions ? and what about disabled jailedshell tools and scripts?

and a little one remaining : do you give resellers shell access (also
jailedshell) ?
/

Thank you in advance.

New servers are dual / dual core opterons. Awesome hardware:
Quote:
Processor #1 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #1 Name: Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 265
Processor #1 speed: 1804.139 MHz
Processor #1 cache size: 1024 KB

Processor #2 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #2 Name: Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 265
Processor #2 speed: 1804.139 MHz
Processor #2 cache size: 1024 KB

Processor #3 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #3 Name: Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 265
Processor #3 speed: 1804.139 MHz
Processor #3 cache size: 1024 KB

Processor #4 Vendor: AuthenticAMD
Processor #4 Name: Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 265
Processor #4 speed: 1804.139 MHz
Processor #4 cache size: 1024 KB
Shell (SSH) is available for a fee - but not to all your customers accounts, just to your main account.

Servers run PHPSUEXEC.

As to the limitations? The bandwidth allocation is specified with the account. Resource use is "be a good neighbor". If you're hogging / pegging the server with your accounts and the scripts on it, you'll be asked to move to a VPS or a dedicated server.

They keep them all current, and if you need something updated you'll be able to request it.
example: Exim is 4.52-7
MySql is 4.1.21

Php 4 and 5 are on the new servers too.
