Hi!

How long does it usually take to receive the account information? More than 24 hours has passed and I still haven't received mine.

And what if the account has been rejected? Would SH sent an account rejected email?

If for some reason the account was rejected I am sure you will receive an email. This topic came up a few days ago here:

How long for new account?

It generally takes about 24 hours, if you still havn't received notification, you can always submit a ticket to the sales staff inquiring about your account.
