How long for a reply from dedi@surpasshosting.com

Just wondering how long it usually takes to get a reply from:

dedisurpasshosting.com

So far it's been almost 2 days. Just 1-2 hours and it'll hit the 2 day period. Sorry if I'm unpatient LaughLaughLaugh.

Regards,

Is that for an order or a query or what. Note that here in the states in is a holiday weekend. Monday the 4th is Labor day here. Surpass may just be on a skeleton crew this weekend for anything non-support.

It's an order. I was at the support desk where I was told to send the form to that above address. When I sent it, it was on a Thursday at my time, but probably a Friday for support. So does this mean I'll probably be getting a reply on Tuesday?

possible that the mail got lost... you can email again, or create a sales ticket to ask them to look for it.

But yes, it's a US holiday this weekend, so you might not hear until tuesday.

Phew, they've replied now. Definately made my day, although their support may take time, it's really good support. I see why I choose surpass from the beginning now.

Yeah, emails can take awhile, but are sometimes needed for certain things. Otherwise, the ticketing system will supply you with answers within an hour or less... usually (rarely can take more... at least in my experience)
