I just found out about your hosting plans. Trouble is, two weeks ago I signed up for hosting from another company. I do have a 90 day mbg, and would like to switch. Here are my questions (things I found about right after signing up with the other guy):

If you need ssh access, I believe that Surpass will allow this but there is an additional charge for it (VPS and dedicated of course come with root access) You can put a sales ticket in to find out how much the access is.

2) If I have a few databases, does the total storage size of those db's come off the total storage of 6GB? (for the 6GB plan). In other words, will all my usage come from the same 6GB bucket?
I am fairly sure that all usage comes from the same "bucket". If I am wrong about that I'm sure someone will chime in

3) What version of PHPmyadmin do you use? 2.6.4-pl2 (at least on my VPS box)

4) Can I (and how do I) switch my domain name? I don't mind leaving it with the current host.
You should be able to as long as you have access to the administrative functions - it's just changing the DNS names from your current host to Surpasses. If you don't have access and the host has control then how easy it is depends on the host. You will get DNS addresses when you sign up with Surpass and you will change (or ask the host to change) the two DNS names to point to Surpass
