Exclamation [Answered] Reseller server specs?

If I sign up for a reseller account here, what would the specs on the servers be? and how many resellers are usually on those servers?
Also on a scale from 1-10 what is the tech support here?

I think it's 30 resellers to a server, but I'm not 100% sure.

I think the support is great, I usually get a quick response. But it depends on what's going on, some things take longer, but most of the time people get quick responses.
I'd give the an 9.3 or something....

What twirp said.

but - you have to be responsible for your customers. If you want to be a reseller who permits "automatic signup" and you don't care who your customers are, you are going to be the target of spamemrs and server abusers who jump from company to company to spew crap for $5 / month...

Support? I'd say that they vary, between a 7 and a 9 for the most part. Some issues just seem to take extra heavy explanation, and when you get it explained and escallated, it's all fixed.

Apparently I needed to make an account before replying.
Anyways, I appreciate the responses this places sounds pretty good.
But about that automatic signup comment, Does Surpasshosting offer an automatic signup feature? or are you talking about a script that I'd add?

it would be something YOU did - if you purchase or use an automatic signup script to sell your accounts with.

Surpass had "automatic signup" when I started with them, but the bottom-dwelling spammers got so bad that they stopped that completely and now it takes 24 hours or so to be set up.

Hey, BigJohn

Actually the automatic signup feature is being offered to resellers for an additional cost. It is called auto-pilot. I don't care for it myself, and I don't want to share a server with anyone who is using it. I am still waiting to find out if that is possible.

Well, Autopilot can be used safely - by disallowing "automatic" creation. Then it's just a great accounting module that's integrated to WHM and Cpanel...
