Dedicated W2k3 Server and Dev Environment

Before signing up, I was curious as to what restrictions are placed on the dedicated servers as far as software installation/usage? I am particularly interested in using the server as a remote .net/exchange testing and development environment via remote desktop and/or terminal services.

As long as they are under 15 minutes worth (value wise) of installtion, they are free. A fee will be added if the installtion of the software is very work consuming. You can always as support for options.

I've yet to be charged for software installations, I've had them do Ventrilo, etc, types of installs for me before.
