We currently have 700+ websites currently hosted by 3 different reseller hosting companies. 100+ of those are hosted by Lypha. We plan to migrate them to a new hosting provider because of Lypha's poor tech and customer support.
Anyways, I have a few questions before signing up...
Our clients are US-based companies but our operation is based in the Philippines. Hence, we only work at night (US time). Does your telephone, live chat and ticket Customer/Technical Support run 24/7? Sorry I ask to many questions but these are the questions we usually ask our hosting companies before signing up because it's what our business demands.
