It looks like Surpass is having some kind of issue with its automated PHP scripting or its email system.
I just tryed to VPS login box on the Surpass main site, and had it email me my password... and the password never came... That is the 3rd "lost" surpass email. Tho when I use gmail to email me it works fine. Also, right after I payed for this VPS account I never received an email... odd... Tho i just filed a ticket for something unrelated and bam got a email Last edited by dakdillon; December 26th, 2006 at 4:38 PM. |

I fixed the issue. You are right, there was some issue. Long story short, there was a dns resolution error between our main server and your server and the email was being rejected. I have cleared this up and you should now have received your welcome email including any other emails from our system from this point on. I have also credited your account for 4 days of service which can be used towards next months bill. Please confirm everything is working as I have confirmed only by mail logs. -Jesse |

What exactly are you having troubles with? The nameservers provided for you, or setting up your own nameservers? If the first one, make sure you are using the right nameserver addresses in the right slots (form fields). Also, most domain registrars do not accept the IP version, but the actual ns1.domain.com type of url.
