One Love Sale

Hi there,

I decided to take advantage of the One Love sale, but when I go through the sign up process (yes, I entered the code) and get to the page that summarizes my order, it tells me this:

Package(s) Prorated (This Month Pro-Rated 26 days) $3.87
Sub Total $3.87
Total Due $3.87*
* $50.00 will be due on the next renewal date: 03/01/2007

My question, which is probably a silly one, and I'm overlooking something, is - is that right? Have I missed a step, or will it get sorted later?

I believe that you need to choose the yearly billing for the plan, and then enter the code. If you have already submitted the order, then you may need to submit a ticket to billing to have this resolved.

Yearly billing is the only available option for the plan I chose (the OC5), so that shouldn't have an effect, should it? Any other suggestions?

The coupon was not setup properly, please try it again. I apologize about that. Thanks for posting about this or else we would have never found out about this error.

except that that 3$ was the prorated one for the rest of this month... it was saying she would need to pay 50$ next month... thats a 49$ difference, not a 2$ difference lol
