Payment problem

Hi there,

I just signed up for the $1 for a year offer on the Power Plan. I have been charged $61.07 USD which is due now apparently. Please could this be corrected to $1, or if I have done something wrong, could my order be amended or cancelled so I can reorder?

Thaks,
Roland.

You should file a ticket with the support desk to have this fixed.

Did you put the coupon in when you ordered? Did you make sure there were no extra spaces in it? That is a common problem.

The help desk can be found here: http://desk.surpasshosting.com

I have the same problem, except mine is $72.00. I also already paid the $1. I also already submitted a help ticket.

Submitting the ticket is the right action to take. They are the only ones who can help you there.

Hi,

Many thanks for this. It appears that in my super-keen-ness to sign up, I had copied and pasted the $1power code from the onelove page, looking at the code for this page, it gives me a pointer as so why this is such a common error...
<center><strong> $1power</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>$1deluxe</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>$1pro</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>$1max</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>$1oc5</strong></strong></center>
If you look at the contents of the <strong> tags, you will see that $1power has a space before it - this will cause a problem for anyone who copies and pastes it like I did.

Anyway, once again, many thanks for your help - I am signed up fine now.

...except most browsers don't parse that space... not even IE 6.

Yeah, firefox does; Though when I used the promotional code, I took the time to go over it to make sure it was entered in the right way.
