Where's my password for the Support Desk?
I've actually been signed up with Surpass for a while, but I wasn't sure where else to post this question. Recently, my domain was hacked, so of course I went to the Support Desk with my issue. Because the hacker ALSO got into my primary email account, I wanted to change the email associated with the account. I can't remember if I also managed to change the password, though, and after I tried logging in again, I kept getting invalid User ID/password errors.
I'm 99.9% sure of the correct email address, but every possible permutation of the password doesn't work, and when I have it send me an email reminder, I NEVER get anything. The tickets in that account relate to the hacking issue, and I'd like to have access to them, especially if the hacker strikes again (and he probably will, considering all the damage he's done already, both to my personal security and to my website/domain registration). I didn't see another place or method for figuring this out, so does anyone know what I can do? |

Submit a new ticket to support about that issue with the same email address and you should get the same email and password to access that for the ticket system page.
I keep a archive of all my Surpass emails related to my active account. And former accounts for 90 days just in case I need the info. Just tested and my email and password still works after my last submission 5 months ago.

But how can I submit a new ticket if I can't even login to the Desk?
I do have emails from old support tickets, but because I mentioned the hacking in my initial ticket, they responded by saying they'd changed my email address. I thought I'd ALSO changed my password (on my own, while logged in under the old email), but I never received an email reply to the tickets, nor a confirmation that I'd changed the password. In a follow-up ticket, I asked to change the email address to another one that had not been compromised (the first one definitely was, and is still out of my control; the second one came into my control after being compromised once), but now I can't login at all to see if the change took place. I'm worried that the hacker got email replies to the tickets and changed my password and now has access to my domain. |

Um... you don't have to log in to submit a new ticket. Just click on "Submit a ticket"
