I have a domain and am about to sign up. I have entered the coupon code correctly without spaces. However, it is showing that the normal price has been prorated to $0.36 and a $1power discount of 100% and the total due will be $0. I will be using the credit card option for payment.
Should I still submit the order? Will it be adjusted to $1 after verification? |

Submit the order, but do not pay for it. Then go to desk.surpasshosting.com and submit a ticket to let them know to adjust your invoice to reflect $1 payment.

Since I will be paying via credit card, the order form wants the card details as the last page before verification. Will the card not be billed automatically? Or not, since the invoice is $0?
Also I assume I should submit the ticket to sales? |

Anyways, submitting a ticket with your domain and small message will get this resolved. Typically after getting a reply from one of our staff you can make payment and receive your account typically within the hour (depending on how fast the account is pushed through the automated queue).
