Local Domain Name

I am going to move from 1&1 and have a quick question about domain names. 1&1 sets up sXXXXXX.onlinehome.us as a temporary domain name if you will for your account and it points to the root of your webspace as an alternate url. I use this extensively for development. Does Surpass have something similar?

Your account will have a temporary IP url to access... It'll be included with your account information e-mail once your payment is approved.

It'll look like: http://66.123.45.89/~username (obviously the ip will reflect your servers ip, and your username will be your cPanel username.)
