in Nov, for $35 plasma (reseller pkg) the deal was double, so 5 gig of space and 10 gig off bandwidth..is a pretty good deal.
Now the Plasma pkg is gone, and the $35 package, (Now Gold), has 5 gig of bandwidth, and with the new packages for $35 the bandwidth is only 5 gig, but 60 gig of disk space.(much more). No biggy if you don't use it. This plan until I go to a dedicated server, later. What is the best tool to use to see how the server stats for traffic coming in and out of the shared server. I can do a reverse IP, I need to make sure there will be no issues on performance. I guess I can run a reverse IP report and run ping plotter to make sure there are no serious traffic issues on my server, before installing a client with big traffic and $$. summary:

1) best way to see traffic issues..? or tools to use or techniques..?
2) before paying domaintools.com money for a reverse IP report, is there a way to get this info easy for my IP 24.98.183.42.?
3) I also have some clients that I ,might put on a different IP, as other client accounts need to be kept secret from them, to avoid client issues.? what is the best way to do this..? (maybe have a friend buy a shared $1 account for 1 domain that I need to keep private?) Thx for any help with these planning questions!

It seems this is a package specification error on the server you're account is hosted on. Try using http://desk.surpasshosting.com and submitting a ticket with these concerns.

1. You can see this via the Web Stats tool in cPanel. There are two or three different programs you can use to view statistics.
2. Best ask support via the helpdesk (link given above).
3. There is a addition fee (can't rememberexact amount, but I think it was $1-2 per month per additional IP address). Best contact the helpdesk for clearification. Buying a shared plan could work, but would be more of a hassle in my opinion.
