Yeah, I do too for certain file names - for sorting purposes... Glad I'm not the only one.

I always get confused with digits that match up to their month. I hate when I see "dd/mm".

Amazing how a simple topic can get so many replies...


Oh btw (just to get my 2 cents in ), I prefer the SI dd/mm/yyyy method, it just makes more sense.

I agree. I am surprised that when we rolled over to the year 2000 they did not make a global standard. I like that better myself.

hehe, that did sort things out.

I'm in Sweden, using the metric system (and the "correct" date system) so that did surprise me :-D

Well, now I'm not afraid of this company anymore :-)
