Dedicated without cpanel

Hi, is possible to order a dedicated server with a linux clean install?, without any manage package, just ssh.

That is possible. When ordering the system, just don't choose cPanel as an addon.

And, how can the user know the bandwidth usage?

You can always install your own tools to monitor that, or use the decc site, which shows your bandwidth usage for all of your servers.
