Questions before I sign up

Ok I have a couple proxy sites that I want to host and I've been considering buying a VPS or dedicated server and Surpass seems to have some decent deals.

On the VPS, where can I view the details for the plans, the more details link is broken?

Also I've always used cPanel and if I got a dedicated server I'm not going to put up the extra $30 for cPanel so how would I manage the my sites that I would have hosted and the server (e-mails, FTP, password, mysql, ect.)?

We are reworking that section, here are the details at the moment:

15GB disk space 500GB bandwidth
512MB guaranteed RAM
CentOS + cPanel + Virtuozzo Power Panel
Free Fantastico, ClickBe, RVskin
Hardened-PHP + SELinux (or GrSecurity)
Proactive updates and monitoring
Host unlimited domains
2 private IP addresses
SCSI Drives w/ RAID 5
Nightly backups

VPS.2 - $65/month (Fully managed!)
30GB disk space 1000GB bandwidth
512MB guaranteed RAM
CentOS + cPanel + Virtuozzo Power Panel
Free Fantastico, ClickBe, RVskin
Hardened-PHP + SELinux (or GrSecurity)
Proactive updates and monitoring
Host unlimited domains
2 private IP addresses
SCSI Drives w/ RAID 5
Nightly backups

VPS.3 - $90/month (Fully managed!)
50GB disk space and 1500GB bandwidth
512MB guaranteed RAM
CentOS + cPanel + Virtuozzo Power Panel
Free Fantastico, ClickBe, RVskin
Hardened-PHP + SELinux (or GrSecurity)

If you do not have experience with SSH, you may want to go ahead and get the cPanel license to make sure managing the server is effortless...

Yes.. sir! (I hope.)

Dedicated servers require the licensing fee only.

I must tell you though, we prefer proxy sites to be on dedicated.

Proxy sites get very, very intensive (as I am sure you know) and VPS is a highly controlled environment. Those sites need to be able to burst in usage as much as possible.

Is plan 1 not $45/Month or are you all raising prices?

There's a reason behind it. We would not raise a price without one. You'll see that the RAM has changed as well.

The new VPS.1 will have 512 MB RAM as opposed to 256, due to obvious constraints with VPS.1 since we first launched VPS services. There were repeated failures with the VPS.1 plan and inconsistent stability which will be solved with the added RAM.
