Quick question
![]() I signed up around half 11/12ish yesterday [Saturday] and I still haven't heard anything, except for the reply from my support ticket about upgrading. Does anyone know how long it takes? I don't know if the same rules apply for the weekend.Thanks! |

To avoid abuse Surpass sets up all accounts manually. Usually this is within 24 - 48 hours. Also, they have staff 24/7 although not as many on weekends. Personally, I'd give them until tomorrow and then if you still haven't heard from them submit a ticket at the help desk.

welcome to surpass! and with regards to what rick said, always give them 48 hours, and then if you haven't heard anything contact sales on the helpdesk.
