its easter weekend, im not sure how celebrated it is in the US, but here in the UK we have two bank holidays (most businesses do not open apart from retail shops and then on sunday (today) pretty much everything but essentials are closed, with a company like surpass they are only likely to have support staff in today and no sales staff.

We normally don't assist with third party scripts since those scripts have their own developers and forum communities, and we have Surmunity to help with some things too.
I have never used efiction before so I cannot offer any help myself. What is your current ticket ID about this mail issue?

also in my email issue topic in shared hosting forum a user called puckchaser replied and I tested their site out by registering and it sent me the email with no problems so it is defiently something to do with my site - dunno if that helps you to resolve my problem |
