2 Can I run the latest version of efiction here as thats what my site would be using and would you be able to install it for me

3 Do you accept Paypal for payments?

Yes they can. Many here from the UK

It looks to have been patched so it should be fine and you can probably get support to install it for you though it looks rather simple to install.

Yes they do. But it is on a manual pay for they had problems with the subscription setup and stopped that.

I have just had a hosting nightmare at my old host and I hope if I move my site here then it will be much better!

If your old Host uses cPanel Surpass can also move your site over for you if you come over at no extra cost to you BTW

Who is the registrar you registered the domain with?

Downtime can very some. Just look through the forums. I was on shared hosting for 10 months and I'd say I had at least 98% uptime and been on VPS for about the same now with well over 99% uptime over all now.

Makes me happy.

Surpass has a ticket system to deal with issues and all and IMHO it is far better than a phone support system where you get stuck on hold holding a phone. All done by email or you can log into the ticket system and do it that way too. On your time.

my host registered my domainname for me but im pretty sure that its registered with enom,

do the support tickets get answered quickly though? (dont want to wait weeks for help with problems, like at the current host)
and 3 last Q's i can think of right now are

do u know if theres any free domain deal going with any of the hosting plans here? (eg if u pay yearly or the like)
and is the Server security good here?against hackers and the like because at my current host they just let a hacker run rampant with the server for the last 3 months without a care in the world at what damage the idiot did

and finally im guessing if i did sign up here and ran out of diskspace I could purchase more for my account???

again thanx for your time and sorry for all the Q's

Depending on the situation I have tickets replied to in any where from 8 minutes to 12 hours. Christmas day 2005 I had them get back to me with a problem solved in less than 30 minutes.

Also when you submit a ticket you will get a auto reply in the first couple minutes if not seconds with your ticket number information.

Surpass has their own domain registrar also http://www.surpassdomains.com to pricey in my book but some folks like to have their registrar and host with the same company which makes it worth it to some. I use another registrar for all my domains.

Surpass dose not do the domains with Hosting thing. Can be a problem for many. I see complaints about that all the time. Folks having Host moving or Registrar moving issues.

Security has been good here by me. So far so good

Disk space. You should have no worries there. Very awesome amounts. Upgrading is easy too.

And no problem with the questions.
