Dropping by???
I just bought a dedicated server this morning from you guys. I also noticed that I had to do a Paypal Authorization Form, and when I was reading it over I saw that Surpass is 15 minutes from my location (Downtown Disney). Is it possible to drop by sometime Wednesday and view the facilities and even drop off the form? I guess there isn't any better way to verifiy someones identity then in the flesh.

just got back, from an address that doesn't exisit...
went to the address that I got 111 North Orange Avenue Suite 1050 Orlando, FL 32801 Went to 10th floor, and spoke to secuirty guard says that suite doesnt exist.. so either its a typo (costly-25 min trip) on the address, or there is another location? either way let me know, I will try again |

Their office could be a different area than the data center.... Did you see Surpass / Hostdime / DimeNOC on the list in the lobby of the building?

Sorry for the 'shadyness'. We are in the middle of an office move. We were in the Amsouth building for a few years until 2/2007. We still havent updated our billing address on our forms because we are having mail forwarded. We are working from a temporary office from our data center. Our new office building in the big shiny one between church and pine st, The Plaza Orlando. It should be ready within the next few weeks. (cant wait) You'll need to contact us directly for information on our datacenter location. I will have someone contact you via the contact information on your dedicated server order. Thanks
