External Backup (tape or oder)

Hello,

1. Do you offer any kind of external backup. Tape, for example.
2. Our website TDL is COM.VE. Accepted?
On linux servers:
3. Does TOMCAT come pre-installed
4. Does JRE come pre-installed

I can answer your first question, hopefully others will answer the other ones as they see them. External backup at this point is not an option. You can pay an extra fee to get a second drive installed into a dedicated server as a backup solution. Again, this is for dedicated clients only. See the post below:

And for the other questions, are you talking about shared hosting, or are you getting a dedicated or VPS account?
