[Answered] Limit a user to a percentage of usage

Is there a possible way with dedicated hosting to limit a user to a percentage of the usage.

So that lets say if I get a AMD 1.75 plan, among two people, we could split up so that we're using 50%/50% of that cpu?

Thanks!

You could install some sort of virualization that would split the server in half, basically... Like install a 64bit host OS, then install 2 instances of VMWARE SERVER, into which you would run your accounts...
