Hi,

a few questions while deciding on purchasing resellers accounts.

1. Where are servers located?

2. Anywhere I can obtain uptime reports?

3. How many accounts are hosted in a server?

4. How many servers does mesopia.com currently own?

5. Are you able to move all accounts currently hosted on a reseller account from existing host to your server should a reseller account is purchased?

6. NS assigned to dedicated IP's for Bronze and above?

7. What version of WHM are installed?

8. Does reseller account also comes with dedicated IP?

Hi there, here is a straight forward run down.

1. In our datacenter in Orlando, FL. 150 N. Orange Avenue. We build them, we fill them, we reboot them.
2. At this time, our stats haven't been working correctly. However, we announce issues in the Server Announcements forum and you can see what servers have been down due to random issues that were quickly fixed. I am assuming you mean network uptime though... and we have no problem with our network. Network uptime is guaranteed 99.5%

4. Mesopia? I am not sure why you are asking about them. We are of no affiliation but I am sure we have more. :-P All I know is that once they stole our Fantastico graphic from our site. But that doesn't really matter... I am just being honest about what I know.
5. If you have a massive amount of accounts that will require extra labor on our part, there might be a fee.
6. A dedicated IP is $40 a year. NS uses the shared IPs of the server, otherwise. If they find the true NS it is not obvious you are hosted with us (they are not listed as surpasshosting.com)
7. Only the latest.
8. We do not give IPs for free. Some hosts treat them like candy but we aren't able to do that and don't see how they can either.

Currently there are around 180mb of data hosted with existing host. And that is a combination of about 25 resold accounts.

And if thats possible, what is required of me? I currently use WHM and CPanel ver 8.

I don't think we will have a problem moving 180.

You would need to send support the IP address of that server, your username and password there.. after you sign up with us.
That will be all the info they need to complete the move.

Is MT blogging allowed with this company? As I read in the server news section that there was a problem with a blogging software.

Greymatter isn't allowed. It has bugs that cause server problems and they don't seem too concerned about fixing it.
