Hi

I've been a reseller since late 2000
I'm Interested in a Managed Server...

About your P4s... are those Hyperthreading..?
Since when you started to offer Dedicated Servers..?
Which DataCenter(s) do you use for Dedicated servers..?
and in which one would I be if I sign up?
Are, some how, your Resellers servers connected/related to Dedicated Servers in the Data Center..?
Is there any BackUp(data) feature included..?
I guess you put all your efforts to keep secure the Customer's Ded Servers as you then decrease Work time in case of an Atack.
Do you monitor server performance in the long run.. like Server Load, Crashing, etc...?
Would you give tips for having secure/good performance setting from the Server's WHM..?(No SSH, etc.).?

BTW... Are you related to other company... "HD".., tell me If you would like me to PM you the complete name.

This is all for now...

Thank you very much

About your P4s... are those Hyperthreading..?
(Idunno)
Since when you started to offer Dedicated Servers..?
(For a while now, few months)

Which DataCenter(s) do you use for Dedicated servers..?
(They have a new one in Orlando, FL)

and in which one would I be if I sign up?
(You would be in Orlando, FL one - Most servers are still in NJ Now)

Are, some how, your Resellers servers connected/related to Dedicated Servers in the Data Center..?
(I dunno)
Is there any BackUp(data) feature included..?
(I think so.. but dunno)

I guess you put all your efforts to keep secure the Customer's Ded Servers as you then decrease Work time in case of an Atack.
Do you monitor server performance in the long run.. like Server Load, Crashing, etc...?
(I think its monitored just like all the others)

Would you give tips for having secure/good performance setting from the Server's WHM..?(No SSH, etc.).?
( I guess so...)

BTW... Are you related to other company... "HD".., tell me If you would like me to PM you the complete name.
(Yup.. They used to have an about us page, that confirmed it.. but I cant seem to find it)

Im not staff.. just wanted to answer some of those and let the admins handle the rest

If I remember Correctly you should be able to find out if you have Hyperthreading in Cpannel, in the Status. If it Mentions 2 CPUs.

1. If you want hyperthreading, we can build you one that is.
2. Since May.
3. Our own in Orlando, FL
4. Not sure what you mean.. we have been using our own DC for shared, reseller and dedi for 2 months now.
5. Right now, you would have a back up hard drive. We are currently designing a remote backup system and will phase out back up hard drives in the boxes themselves.
6. Yes
7. Yes
8. Yes, we started working with them and now have branched out into our own management

im thinking about going dedicated
i got some more Q's i think i'll post here

1. Can you costomize the dedicated server?
2. Can you pay yearly or every 6 months?
3. Can you get Root access (i think i read somewhere you could)?
4. If I wanted to install a program would i have to send it to you or pay the price of the program?
5. Could you get pictures of the server?

You get root access to a dedi server, it is your own server and you can install whatever you need on it... but if you break it then we have to fix it and there could be fees as well as if you wanted something special installed.

Right now you can only pay monthly.... and yes we could give you a picture.
