Actually, if you'd read my first response to this thread, IP blocks get banned to prevent abusers from accessing the server, which always means that innocent people get caught in the ban when they have done nothing wrong. The implication is that people who are posting on this forum with this problem are these innocent bystanders. But I find it quite funny that you don't have the common sense to realize that the help desk is located on a different server than the rest of the surpasshosting.com site, since it also was talked about through this post. Perhaps you should read the responses before spouting off comments that have no merit.

Excellent and thank you, that link is the one I had forgotten as I normally drop into it from the main site and thankfully as you say on a different server so access is available to all.

Rai, the majority of users of this forum probably rely upon the links at the top or bottom of these pages so when global changes are made perhaps a little more thought needs to be given to having for instance the support link (usually used when assistance is needed) working for all.
