For professional streaming you will need dedicated streaming software like Real Server or Windows Media Server.

This is not supported on shared hosting, not sure whether you would be able to install it on dedicated hosting.

You can also simply serve media files via the web server but this will quickly eat up your bandwidth and exhaust resources on shared hosting if your service is popular.

For small scale streaming Flash Video works well.

As davotoula, streaming can use up system resources real quick. I put video's up on YouTube myself, and plug the video onto the site.

Everything else in your list is pretty much available via Fantastico an automated script installer.
