Questions About Your Company

(1) How long has your company been around? What is forseen for 6 months, 1 year, even 5 years down the road?

I don't want to sound like a smartie, but did you read our company info page? There is a link on the bottom of our site that says 'company info.'
But we plan to be around for a long time. Our domain is due again for renewal in 2010, if that helps you understand our commitment.

(2) Is there any kind of backup service? If a server goes down, do you restore sites fully when everything is back up?
We have back up hard drives on each server.

(3) Where is the company located and how big is it? Just like to know who I'm going to be working with.

I read somewhere that I think Kris posted - they are backed up each day...

You can also download backups of your MYSQL databases yourself, and of your whole site through CPanel. Which I'd recemmend to do whether Surpass has backups or not.
