Few questions regarding "Super" graded reseller plan...
Hi,
I am considering purchasing a “Super” graded reseller pack from you. First of all, however, there are a few questions I need answering. 1)Do you oversell in the slightest way? Would we be able to max out the 60GB storage and the 3TB data transfer? 2)Will this package support (to offer to our clients) all Linux development languages? These include Ruby on Rails, .jsp, Perl/CGI and of course the usual. As well as the following quoted from your webdev package page: “Resin 3.0.9 .jsp access, Mono 0.3.7 .asp access”. 3)Does the WHMCS you offer for free with reseller packages (http://www.surpasshosting.com/whmcs/) support HTML templates? As in, would we be able to integrate an existing HTML/CSS template into this software? That’s it for now, Warmest Regards, Dave. |

1. Some space is oversold. You will be able to use all of your resources.
2. I don't think that applications from WebDev are a part of any reseller packages. 3. Yes. |

As far as the overselling part: Any smart host will oversell their servers at least a little bit, otherwise they would lose money. Surpass is very good about it though. They only place a certain number of accounts on a server, and servers are monitored for accounts that cause problems.

Where are the details for this plan? I am looking to renew my reseller package and I dont see this option listed.
