Hi,

I am currently hosting a website with godaddy... I made the fatal mistake of buying the domain name and hosting together, very limited hosting server indeed.

I would be interested in ordering your "power" package to start with, probably upgrading later as the site matures.

The questions I would like to ask are:

1, Does your server allow/have installed FFMPEG?
2, Does the server have Perl 5 or higher with standard LWP modules installed?
3, I am currently using Joomla for my website. I have created a backup using a cms extension, this is of the website & database, it is currently stored as .zip files. How difficult would it be to move all of my website from godaddy to your server?

1. Nope, we do not allow FFMpeg in a shared environment.
2. Yes.
3. I don't see any problems. All you'd have to do is extract the content from the zip archives and upload the MySQL databases.

If you submit a support ticket, support can get the account moved over for you, free of charge. This can happen very quickly if the account is small but it can take a while if you're working with accounts that have several gigs of content...
