[Answered] hosting

I am trying to get a hosting package. It tells me my email and password is invalid. Is there anything i can do i need a hosting for my site. Thank you for your time.Please help me

If you've never had an account with us before, you need to sign up as a new user, not an existing client.

just like Removed mentioned. Once you do that and have your client profile created, then in the future, when attempting to sign up for more accounts, you will be able to use the email address and password that you used the first time in order to add more domains to your account
