URGENT

Hello,

one of your clients hacked my website www.mutair.net and transfer the DNS to your servers, the servers forwarded to are:

dns7.dizinc.com
dns8.dizinc.com

The client put bad pictures and abusive langauage. Please respond immediately to solve this issue by removing these things that is put on your servers.

You should probably get in touch with register.com since the changes were made on their end. We've got nothing to do with the fact that the nameservers were changed, though we will look into the server where this account was created.

Either way, register.com is who you need to contact:

I'm in contact with register.com to resolve the issue but this will take time. What I'm requesting from your side is to remove this abusive language put on your server by your client as well as thh pronography things.

I tried to talk with the surpass but didn't find phone # in case you want to confirm what I'm saying.

I replied to your ticket. Pleas keep all future correspondence about this issue in there -- Surpass Hosting doesn't offer any phone support, so you will have to keep everything in ZRI-628867.
