great pics.

I'd suggest putting more up somewhere, except of removed. We don't want anyone thinking you have a hairy ape working for the company
i.e. that lovely shot on his myspace

seriously though, the photos not only give you a better idea of what kind of company you have but makes an intangible thing like webhosting more real.

almost the same reason why i go into a fast food place instead of drive-thru. they are less likely to spit in my food

Unhappy

I have already reseller accounts on Hostdime. I was think moving to Surpass. But rather big problems start to occur on your servers again and again. For example: DNS problems had often occured on Dime 141 server. Then the server hacked. And now, the server down since yesterday(you are moving all of the data to new server). But all of these unaccaptable. We lost our many good customers.

Why too many problems occur on your servers? I think I know the answer. Because you don't monitor your servers carrefully. Also you started to make too big overselling. How you host 50+ reseller on a server? This is too high rate.

I recommended you many times on WHT and other forums. But your services getting bad. We changed too many hosting providers because of similar problems until today. I am looking for another reliable hosting provider again.

Give it time, they have a lot to manage, they say patience is a key to happiness.

I find that surpass staff to be a bunch of nice people, even dealing with my stuff over of course of 2+ years.
