resell
Hello. Can I resell your reseller packages to my customers? So I'll pay you the cost of the packages myself and will sell them to my customers with my prices. Is it possible? do you allow this? But if you contact my customers(because their emails will be registered on Cpanel) for any issue when they know what I worked with you. So this don't be a good thing for me.

You can do this if you wish but even as you have mentioned, if their email address is listed in the cPanel, that if there was a server notification sent out, they would see it coming from Root of the server. Also, if in the future, a mass email was sent out in regards to scheduled maintenance then they too would see a reply from Surpass. You dont need to always put their email address in the cPanel, why not put your own??
The best bet would be to go either VPS or even better yet, Dedicated so that you can have your own isolated space. In doing this you can then create your very own reseller packages and sell them with your brand. Have you ever pondered this idea? If you have any other specific questions, don't hesitate to send a ticket to the sales queue. ![]()

Thank you. I have a few more questions:
1. What is the uptime guarantee of Surpass? 2. Has Surpass an office? If yes, is it same with Hostdime? Can you show me some pictures of their office if there is? 3. How many employes works at Surpass? Are they trustworthy? 4. How many domains and resellers host max. on a reseller server? 5. Do you get backup of servers on another place than secondary drive? |

1. 99.5% uptime guarantee.
2. Yes, we have an office. Yes, it's shared with HostDime. 3. ~35 employees or so. Everyone is trustworthy except Dan! ![]() 4. These figures vary depending on the packages that are purchased. Most shared boxes have less than 200 accounts while most reseller servers have less than 50 reseller accounts. 5. All backups are done on the same server, but on a different drive.
