I need help with signing up for a shared account. I've been a member of surpass hosting before and have never had any complaints with the service at all. Anyway I was forced to cancel my account about four or five months ago and now I want a new account again.
I'm now trying to sign up for a new account but when I enter all my details and hit the button to complete my order it keeps telling me that their is an error and that my email address is already in the system. I then clicked the start over button/link and tried again but this time I put that I'm an existing member, only I have no idea what my password is and when I try to use the send me my password thing it tells me that my email address doesn't exist? I really want to sign up for a shared account but it seems like this site doesn't want me to. Anyway I'm left with no choice but to ask for help on here since the support section seems to require me to login with my non existent login details. |

Just avoid all the username and password stuff on the left. Sales can help you out with this. ![]()
