I was just flicking through all the questions and I noticed one about a torrent site about whether you could host a tracker and what not.

Now someone said no this isn't possible under the rules.

But then someone said go Dedicated, does Dedicated have slightly different rules?

I'm only wondering,

Yes, Dedicated has different rules. You can do whatever you want on a dedicated server, as long as it's legal. So with torrents, it's fuzzy ground, because you can host them on a dedicated server as long as it's legal content you're sharing.
