Hello. What is the mean of http connection limit? Is this mean max hit at any time(instantaneous transfer)?

http://www.surpasshosting.com/content/rap.php -- simultaneous connections, as stated here. We usually let it slide if it's not causing high load, but once it starts to cause problems, the offending script/file will be disabled.
