Questions about Reseller Bronze

Hi,

I'm switching from another host. Switching host is a real chore.

Am wondering if there're any help for switchers like us? Maybe a simple export/import function?

Also, do you folks offer a shell account to administrate things easily?

Is there a detailed list of offering there you can provide? I treasure/love the simplicity on your website, but where do I get the details?

Thanks.

Kelvin

If your old host uses cPanel, support can copy your account over easily!

SSH is available on all plans except for the two OC plans: [Policy change] Jailed SSH access, now free.

As far as details, you can search the forum if you are looking for something specific. I believe the php version is 5. You get unlimited everythings (mail, ftp, subdomains, etc). 10 addon domains available.

Be sure to post back if you have more questions!

Kelvin,

Thanks for your inquiry. As dewknight mentioned, once you have your welcome email, if your current host uses cPAnel, just open a ticket with your current IP, and cPanel username and password. We can then do a cPAnel to cPanel transfer with all of your settings, usernames and passwords, databases, etc. If its a reseller account you will need to provide all of the cPanel usernames and passwords and we will do the first 10 accounts for free. Then there is a $1 charge per additional domain.

If your current host doesnt have cPanel, then ask them to tar up all your files an when done, upload them to your /home directory. We can then restore them for you.

In regards to shell accounts, if you order anything other than an OC plan then your SSH access is free upon submitting the SSH request form.

If you have any other questions that have not been answered here, let us know and well do our best to assist you better. Have a great day!
