about surpass
hey guys
i want to buy a reseller hosting plan or a vps from surpass but i dont know anything about surpass. please tell me your opinion about this company(uptime,support,etc) Thank you Reza |

I've had several accounts with Surpass, Reseller, Dedicated and Shared. I've never had any downtime with them... and if I did it was because I messed something up. The support staff was always very helpful and polite and they made sure to provide personal attention to each and every support ticket.
Also, this forum is a great resource because Employees of Surpass Hosting are very active on it and always looking out to help.

Love Surpass, seems like I've used them forever (Since 2004 I believe)

You can't beat Surpass, great support and tons of bandwidth and space for a very low cost! No problems here

Their support response time is about one hour in average. You can get 24/7 free technical support really. They have their own data center and they are an old and reliable company.
The uptime of the servers generally are not under 99.5%. Their prices unexpensive and their hosting plans provide a lot of usefull features(like RVSkin, Fantastico... etc.). I don't think that you can find a better solution than Surpass offers. I recommend them.
