What is all this "behind the scenes" you guys are talking about? What MORE do you have to do other then copy-n-paste?????

I'm not talking about simply putting ads on your site, I'm talking about the company that serves ads. Managing campaigns of varying types and selecting the most valuable ad to serve, etc... it's a lot that goes on with that request.

For the end user yes. I think they are referring to the code and algorithms that analyze the pages and determine which ad is best suited for the current page.

Ad location, ad style, filter lists (can be VERY important for money making).

Not always just a copy-n-paste job!

Adsense is my best friiiiend.

There's a little more to it than copy/pasting the code like placement and monitoring channels to get the best positioning.
