I have a few questions!

Hello,

I want to buy five $12 plans. I have some questions before I signup.

Can Surpass put each of my account on different server, so that it gets different IP?

How many possible servers/Class C IPs Surpass have, I am asking because I might want more than five accounts.

Surpass has dozens or hundreds of servers, however... it's probably not possible to get your accounts spread over more then 2 servers. For all promotions, accounts tend to be placed onto 1 or 2 servers, depending on how popular the promotion is.

It is, however, possible for you to purchase individual IPs for each of your accounts. That's probably not the solution you are looking for though.

I'm not sure if they allow you to buy more accounts then one with the same hosting package. Maybe a reseller account shoud do the trick them you can add so many accounts you wish.

Why do you need accounts on different class C ranges?
