[Answered] Quick Question

I am seriously considering signing up for your web hosting services as one of my co-workers told me good things, but after looking up reviews on google its making me a little nervous.

I have seen multiple reviews where people have suddenly been billed 100+ dollars. Im sure there is more to the story, but its those reviews that have been stopping me from signing up.

Does any staff have any comments about those reviews?

Not quite sure about those reviews you saw on Google, but you are more then welcomed to read the user testomonials we have here on the forums:

and decide from there what you would like to do. But I can say that Surpass has been a wonderful host for me and my sites, and I'm not just saying that because I work for them, since I was hosted with them long before that!

Not staff, but just from what I have seen: Those are people that didn't cancel their package correctly, or were not being billed for a period of time that they were supposed to be billed.

If you ever need to cancel, just make sure to fill out the cancellation form located on this page: http://www.surpasshosting.com/support.php

If you happen to notice that you aren't being billed during a period of time, then let support know. As with any service there are bound to be problems, but Surpass is really good at fixing any that pop up.

I believe those incidents happened where customers were on an old billing system with us and were using our service for a couple years and through an audit we found they had not been billed for those years so our accounting team billed them for the time used on our servers for free.

We do not just bill customers hundreds of dollars without justification. That's why it's hard to judge a company based off reviews like that because you don't get thew hole story

We are working with Hostdime and Surpasshosting for about 1/2 years. They are reliable and their staffs very firiendly. They helped us everytime. You can trust them. I don't believe that you can find more quality service with affordable prices. I recommend them.

I've not been here for very long but I like Surpass. Anytime I have a problem, support gets right on it. They don't just leave me hanging like previous hosts have. I recommend Surpass. :-)

surpass is by far one of the best hosts at this date, support are nice and friendly and this forum rocks
remember to balance the reviews out theres some VERY good reviews here http://surpasshostingreviews.com/ enough for anyone to want to signup here, i've had no problems here and love itt =]

Just floating by and saw your post. As with any vendor/customer relationship. communication with each other is key. I can say my experience with Surpass has shown me their commitment to the business and customer support. Some companies just don't get it when providing customer service. Surpass knows what it takes and proves it every time. I have dozens of customers hosted through Surpass and am 100% confident in their capabilities to support me. I have visited their data center and was extremely impressed.

Eman, Kayla, Mike and everyone else at Surpass continues to demonstrate outstanding customer service each and every time we need them.
