Reseller Order Problem - response
Hi,
We have tried to purchase a reseller account several times (restarted the process), the last time it took us all the way to the user information (address etc) screen and then we ended up at the shared hosting account screen. It seems to be some sort of loop. I am a dedicated server customer trying to help a friend set up an account with Surpass. We might have to give up for now if we can't get it done. Hello, next, please stay within the thread that you opened.
I'm not sure how you are getting this page, I've just tried myself to put a fake order in and it worked fine? What package are you trying to get and how is the process you are doing it by if you don't mind me asking?
