Considering reseller account

I currently have a shared account and I'm considering upgrading to a reseller account and I have a few questions...

1. How do I change plans?
2. Will all my site information be moved over for me? In addition to all the files on my site, I have a lot of subdomains, and add-on domains, and ftp accounts, and mysql databases, and I want to make sure none of this info will be lost before I make the move.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Fill out this form - http://www.surpasshosting.com/content/plan_change.php

Yes, your info will be transfered over but it will be a little different since the space for your MAIN website will be a lot smaller then whatever you had on your shared server. It's 5GB of space and 10GB of bandwidth. So if you're current total space right exceeds 5GB, its a little problematic.

if it turns out you do need more space for your main account then we offer for free. we can make your main domain to be owned by yourself rather then root and you can assign your account its own quotas based off what the plan offers

Why is the bandwidth so low on the free account?

Because its just for your main website nothing else, shouldn't take up that much monthly bandwidth. If your bandwidth exceeds 10GB because your site is popular, then you'd have to upgrade to a dedi, it only makes sense, since that means you're also getting more clients, ne?

Prig,

10 GB really isnt that low considering that it is FREE. If at any time you wish to have more bandwidth, we can change the ownership of your domain away from 'root' and under your own username and therefore you can allocate as much of your reseller account's resources to your main domain.

The downfall would be that you would loose the free specs.

I know 10 gigs is a lot... But in comparison to your plan you're getting... with 2000-6000 GB's of bandwidth... it looks pretty low and kinda gets one thinking.
