Do Not Get It

Okay. Hope the mods are not sick of me yet. I do NOT get this as a "login email". What I mean by login email in the first place is Surpasshosting sending me my www.whatever.com/blahblah and the username and password assigned for me so I can get into the account and upload my files and do whatever with FTP. Also, the nameservers of course for my domain name. I got NONE of this. I got an unasked for refund. Here's the email for the ticket I submitted:

Below is your login information for our billing system. This system allows you to keep track of the billing statements and payments for your hosting accounts, update your contact or credit card information, and manage your domains.

Alright, so you haven't received your "welcome email" yet containing all of you login info? Did you put in the correct email. You said that you opened a ticket regarding this and that, that email above was what you got in reply?

Yes, I think I did everything correctly.
I think I entered pantheritegmail.com as the email but it came back as pantheritehotmail.com for some reason... Or I may have messed it up. I'm sure the email I signed up with is recorded in your system, however, the one I chose when I paypalled.

The domain is munayah.com, by the way.

So are you saying you don't even have access to the email address [pantheritehotmail.com]??? If you do I can resync your logins again, test them out, and then email them to you one more time.

If you don't have access to it, you can go ahead and resign up for the plan using the email address that you do have access to and that will definately be easier. Let me know what the deal is and I will further assist you.

No, no, pantheritehotmail is mine. I checked both inboxs for your email but got nothing.

If you can send me the login email to whichever one it is perfectly fine with me. If it is no trouble, I would like the username to be munayah, and you can choose whichever password. Also... Please, the nameservers. I need the propagation to start ASAP.

The email we have on file for you is the hotmail one, but it looks like you have not yet paid for the hosting yet. Have you checked your Paypal to see if there any holds or the recent transactions, to see if it was paid? I think this is why you got the above reply.

I resynced the login information that was on file and just sent the logins to you again in a ticket. I tested them out and they worked with out a problem. Let me know how it works out for you.
