I was wondering about the reseller account, when you sell the webhosting to others, do they have all the same options as if I would seel them Shared Hosting account?

I mean, do they also get all the software such as Fantastico etc. ?

Yes, they get all the same features and software that you get. They get their own cpanel account.

Unless of course as the prime account holder, you decide not to allow them all - most options are up to you to set or allow on the packages you create for your users.
