[Answered] hosting promotions and other questions
Hello all! Just wanted to ask a few questions before I buy.
I was reading a previous post about an upcoming promo for the 14th and that it was going to be announced today (02/4/08). Did I miss the post? I'm dead tired right now so it's possible... Second question: I'm planning on purchasing the power hosting plan but I want to have two domains on the account. One for my portfolio/school stuff and another for personal projects. How exactly do add-on domains work? I've never managed more than one domain so I'm clueless. Third question and last: Are videos and music files allowed? I'm just asking as I may want to have a few videos/audio files that I've done for school included into my portfolio or have radio.blog or something similar on my personal domain. Thanks in advance, I'm off to bed! ;D |

Because of me, it's going to be announced on Tuesday instead because it's almost midnight and I'm only halfway done with the page. So around 1 A.M. I think now.
 Sorry!Add-on domains are very easy and you set them up inside your cPanel. They basically create a subdomain (folder.yourdomain.com) and you'll upload everything into that folder and access the folder by otherdomain.com. You can definitely have video or music files if they are your own created content. Let us know if you have any other questions. Promo will be up by the time you wake up though!
