[Answered] support for re-seller customers
Hi!, I wish to know whether you provide support directly to customers in re-seller accounts. (ex: if i sell a plan to user A and if he is having problem can he directly access your support or do you provide support to A on behalf of me) If one of the accounts in my reseller account creates a resource over usage are you going to disable all the sites hosted under my re seller account or will you block that site only? Do you take backups of the hosted sites and if so how often ? (yes i should also have backup with me too)

No we don't provide direct support to resold clients. We only disable the account or script that is causing the problem, not the main reseller if it's a resold client. We take daily and weekly backups of all sites on the server

sunethj; You can create an FAQ page. So your customers don't need what ask simple questions. If an issue occur on your any resold account and you don't fix it when Surpass support team will fix it as soon as possible. If your any resold account use many system resource when it suspend only by Surpass(it is not your reseller account). They gets backup daily/monthly. You can get your backup from Cpanel, too. Surpass stafs will help you everytime. They are very friendly really.
