Hi,

Looking to order your shared hosting package, with the One Love coupon and I would like to register the domain at the time of purchase... But I would like to have private domain registration. Can I get this if I register with Surpass?

Hi,

Thanks for the welcome.

I just signed up for a hosting plan. And my only questions would be in regards to ticket number: DNS-603894. Which I now can't see? When I try to view it the help desk tries to force me to login - but I don't have a login yet because I haven't received the welcome email yet, which I read takes 24 - 48 hours.

Your help desk account and billing account are separate. Please feel free to register an account with the same e-mail address as the ticket and you will be able to see it!

I tried to register as you said, but when I load the registration page there are only 4 fields... Full name, email, password and confirm. But when I try to submit the form it tells me "ERROR: Invalid Verification Image Code". What should I do?
