I signed up for One Love I promotion and I believe I can't access my site anymore. Anyway, I saw the One Love II promotion and I was wondering if I can sign up again (since I do not want to continue and pay monthly/yearly from One Love I) for One Love II? Sorry about this confusing question.

If you signed up for the first One Love then you would have to renew your account at the regular price, either monthly or yearly. I am sure your site is still on our server, did your email address change since then? That would be why you didn't get the invoice if so.. Muffins for you. |

I did not get the invoice. I forgot my password to the client login so I tried clicking the link 'Forgot your password?'. My email is not found.

I see, billing will have to look into it to link up your information. If you submit a ticket to Accounting and then post the ID here I will be sure to check on it today and make sure it's replied to ASAP.
